In 2021, Santos Flores took a leap of faith and bought a taco truck, believing his family's recipes could offer the best homemade Mexican food in Missoula. One year later, the Mexican Moose secured a permanent spot within another local business, the Sunrise Saloon. “I want to thank my mom for everything she's done for me, even in the hard times when we didn’t have much,” says Santos. “I’ll never be able to repay her for everything, but I’m trying.”
